Full assessment of your body and muscles
By assessing your body and muscles we can be 100% sure on what is needed to promote a strong and healthy body. This assessment will show us how your body is working and what exercises you will need to complete.
Your assessment consists of an analysis of your activities (work life, hobbies, exercises) as well as a physical observation of your body (which muscles are tight and weak, what are your strengths and weaknesses, how is your body performing biomechanical tasks).
Promoting healing through massage and exercise
Through corrective exercise, you are reeducating your body to move as it was designed, so that it can function at its optimum level. This will loosen your muscles that have become tight and activate the muscles which have become lazy.
Once your body has stopped compensating for imbalances, you are able to move freely and your pain will disappear. For an active person, this means you will improve your performance and efficiency, reduce the chance of injury and allow your body to rehabilitate optimally from injury.

We also run Pilates classes from our Rotorua CBD studio! Pilates is a great way to increase your strength, coordination, flexibility and improve your deep abdominals and spinal stability. We have two Pilates rooms available, a wide range of pilates equipment and hold both semi private (groups of 3 - 4 with personal programmes) and group classes.
